Support custom lookups for custom entries Merged

Currently, you can't use custom lookups for custom entries in CRM in conditional sections in the new Drag and Drop editor. This limits our ability to target from CRM in the conditional sections.

    Lea,

After working with support for a couple of weeks, we have confirmed that custom lookups only work with ClickDimension entities. They do not work with a custom entity from our CRM.

So, this is still a valid idea that would be awesome to add to the product.

    Thanks for submitting your idea.

We do support Custom lookup fields for Section Conditions in the New Drag and Drop editor, as shown on below screenshot.

Please feel free to share your specific Use case with us or open a Support ticket if you're experiencing any issue.

agreed! We have a lot of additional fields associated with accounts that would be very helpful to be able to use for conditional sections
