Add option to set Posted Form record to Disqualified Lead and not create new Lead

The current process of creating new Leads from a Posted Form if the existing Lead record is disqulaified is not ideal. In most cases we are not interested in the Lead if it is disqualifed and this process is creating admin for our team and duplicate Lead records. It would be good if you had the option from the form capture to either create new Lead or append to an existing Lead, regardless of whether the Lead is open or disqualified.
