Allow survey answers to be pre-filled with URL parameters

To increase engagement, it would be nice to simulate the first question of a survey in an email or other web content. This could look like the user clicking an image or text link meant to look like the answer to a question, which would then redirect them to the survey. To prevent the user from needing to re-enter their answer, the link could contain a url parameter which pre-fills the answer to the question. Other survey tools offer this type of functionality and it would be nice to see Click Dimensions do the same.
