Embed videos within an email

We'd love the ability to embed a video within an email, so one can click on the video watch it right in the email without having to click a link that takes them to a browser (i.e. YouTube). I think it could either by uploading the mp4 file OR still using a YouTube link, but having the ability to watch it right in the email.
