Associate SMS Replies with originating record

If we send a Text Message from inside a Service Case in CRM and the customer replies, the reply does not associate with the originating Case. Rather it associates with the Contact whom the Text Message was sent to. For visibility into Customer interactions we would like the reply to stay with the Case.
