Thank you for submitting your idea.
You can already achieve this in different ways with Dynamics CRM you can create your own view for the Email Event entity using Advanced Find filters, select the desired columns (if you wish to see the email address), then export to Excel. You can also export the email events associated to an Email Send record and then filter only the 'Open' type. The Opens are associated to either a Lead, Contact or Account.
