Hi Allison,
The Email Send / Template usually contains freemarkers or conditional sections used to personalize the content of the email for each individual recipient so this use case wouldn't work. We usually recommend to add whoever you want to receive the email only once as a recipient as well. You can also use BCC / CC functionality in Campaign Automation which would give you more flexibility to have a different email address per flow if you want to BCC or CC a different owner / sales rep.
