Allow users to export the full image library from one instance and import into another

We have a sandbox and production ClickD set up. We often carry out CRM data refreshes and that impacts the data in the Sandbox for ClickD. What we need is the ability to also be able to export all images from the image library (and retain any folder structure) and import the images (plus structure) into a sandbox environment. We can export / import other config parts of ClickD (under Settings - Export) - email templates, form fields etc but not Images for some reason.
