Shouldn't have to ask customers for their email address in a survey to have it associated with their contact record

Many times we get survey responses with no contact name. We where told by tech support we need to ask for the email address in the survey form. Since we just sent the custom an email asking them to complete the survey, it is silly to ask them for their email address.
