Use Landing Page with Embedded Subscription Preferences Form for Opt-out Requirement for Large Sends

For emails sent to lists containing more than 500 contacts, you must link to the global unsubscribe option or a subscription management page. However, we would prefer to link to our website landing page with embedded subscription management form, as it is much nicer and more brand-appropriate. I have tried linking to the URL, but ClickDimensions will not recognize it as fulfilling the opt-out requirement and, therefore, will not send.

Yes we also like to have the same option. We have our own unsubscribe form that is connected with our database and already use this one. But we also have to use a ClickDimensions unsubscribe/subscription option. We are hiding this option now in the e-mailtemplates to be sure that less people as possible click on that link. Because it's not practical for our database to use the ClickDimensions (un)subscribe options.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Tessa
