There is no way to control the space between paragraphs. Adding extra returns is an option, but bad practice as a designer. The red space in this image shows the default paragraph spacing (zero). Just like Section or Block padding, I'd love a dropdown which lets you set paragraph padding by highlighting the paragraph and selecting the value.
