Show default Email CNAME being used

There is an option tick box in the Email SSL cert set up to enable the CNAME being used for the SSL certs as the default. Great! However when working with an Email Send the field is blank and no Email CNAMEs appear in the drop down if you attempt to add one. It's being applied, but it would be much clearer to users if the default Email CNAME was shown in these fields so they know nothing needs to be done.
