Align Statistics for Email Send Unique Opens (cdi_uniqueopenscount)

Unique Opens can be seen or derived from:

Column cdi_emailsend.cdi_uniqueopenscount
Count of related records from cdi_sentemail where cdi_sentemail.cdi_openscount > 0
Distinct count of related records from cdi_emailevent where cdi_emailevent.cdi_type = 2 ("Open")

However, these sources do not agree with each other (because of "inferred opens"?).

Provide Statistics at Email Send and Sent Email for Unique Opens both with and without the inferred Opens.
