When looking at the email send report in order to determine why recipients were excluded, one of the most common reasons is 'Unsubscribed/No Opt-In.' It would be very beneficial to understand if they A. Were opted-in but chose to unsubscribe or B. Never opted-in at any point. Currently however both circumstances are lumped into one title. If we understood which recipients were never opted-in at any point, we could pursue getting them to subscribe, where we wouldn't approach recipients who unsubscribed the same.
It's a liability if we opt them in and they were an actual unsubscribe. Hence the need for a proper definition to seperate 1. Unsubscribed and 2 No-Opt in (never opted in)
