Warning with form-field mapping

When creating a form-field check-box as a sign-up field it is mapped to a subscription-list within the creation of the form-field. However you can also edit it from the form when choose the check-box mapping - but since it is universal for every form using the check-box, this can create unaware mistakes.

A feature request could be to have a warning message if the change the mapping from the form, informing the user that this will happen.
