Using HTML in Drag and drop

I've been wanting to create email templates for my colleagues to use, and have been using the html option to create banners as it gives you more freedom to edit and change layouts than normal drag and drop. I have been able to create the banners but unfortunately when editing html it does not allow you to use drag and drop, and would love to have the ability to hybrid use both options. Also, would love to be able to preview the email on the left section and the html on the right instead of having to click every time onto the preview button.

I have also tried using the html block which is a bit helpful, however, I'm creating templates so that people with less knowledge in html can use these blocks and templates and unfortunately it only allows you to edit the html block with code and would love to be able to use drag and drop options to be able to edit the banner by just clicking easily onto the image or copy to amend them but it does not let you.
