Add a default corporate style option for bulleted and numbered lists

There doesn't seem to be a menu to set the default style for lists (bulleted or numbered) in the Corporate Style section of Email Layouts when working in the new drag and drop editor (screenshots attached). This should be added so lists don't need to be reformatted every time one is created.
