ClickDimensions should cater for comma or semi-colon separated email addresses in Email fields

On Leads, Contacts and Accounts, one can save more than one email address on the main Email field (e.g. separated by a semi-colon). However, when sending an email to a marketing list, records are excluded if there is more than one email address in the Email field. ClickDimensions also doesn't send emails to the other email address fields, and it's not always practical to duplicate the entity with a different email address.
