Progressive Profiling

Introduce the ability to use progressive profiling on forms.

For example, a person enters their email address, and if they are a current lead/contact, then instead of asking them repeat questions, the form will show questions we would like to find out about the user. Meaning we gather much more data over time. Plus, this increases conversions with fewer questions for the user, and the user won't have to fill in their details again if they would like to complete another form on the website.
