HTML text overlay on image

The ability to add text as HTML over an image does not exist.

  • Marketing teams often ask us to add text over the image. Currently, the only way we can do this is if they provide HTML files from an external agency, where the text is coded as HTML over the image. This is an additional cost to the business, which could be removed if we had this functionality in the designer.

  • The marketing teams and we receive emails from other companies where text is added over an image, so having this functionality would be massively helpful.

I have attached an example email that we created in ClickDimensions using 3rd party HTML files. The text overlay over the hero image is HTML to meet accessibility requirements. whilst giving a visual design appeal (conforming to their branding).
