Analyse a contact’s open times over a set period 3 or 6mths. Then it would note any open patterns and schedule your email send to go slightly before their usual open time. It cane mean messages take up to 24hrs to send, so wouldn't be applicable to EVERY email but a useful feature, nonetheless.
You could have dynamic sends times, when an approx. pattern was established. If not enough data existed for it would send immediately. I took take a more manual look at this in the meantime though to see if any patterns can be found.
