I’d like to request a future enhancement to the platform's automation functionality, particularly regarding triggers and actions based on score levels. Currently, the system lacks a parameter to differentiate between overlapping score ranges, which limits the ability to assign distinct automations to specific score tiers.
Scenario:
I’ve been working on automations to assign rankings based on contact scores, as follows:
HIGH scoring: >100
MEDIUM scoring: >50
LOW scoring: >30
However, the current setup causes overlaps:
A contact with a score of 50 triggers both LOW and MEDIUM automations because the condition “score is equal to or above” matches both configurations.
Suggested Enhancements:
Range-Specific Triggers: Introduce a feature to set trigger conditions based on specific score ranges. For example in this case:
LOW: 30–49
MEDIUM: 50–99
HIGH: 100+
Additionally, allowing users to set custom ranges based on their specific needs would enhance flexibility. This functionality would prevent conflicts and enable more granular automation management.
I believe these changes would greatly improve the flexibility and usability of the platform for users managing score-based automations. Please let me know if this aligns with the roadmap or if additional details are needed to scope this feature.
Thank you for your consideration!
