Emails created in Email Designer need to work in both versions of Outlook

When creating emails in the new Email Designer, the spacing is messed up in the "old" Outlook, particularly if you forward/reply to a mailer (if you use rows with background colours, the colours bleed to the left/right, for example, and a lot of extra space is added into the body of the email between sections). The spacing looks better if you toggle to use the "new" Outlook. We cannot assume that all clients are using the new Outlook, so we cannot use templates created in Email Designer.

This is much needed. In addition to "new Outlook" there's also the Outlook web app and just plain old accessing Outlook via browser. The spacing issues are ridiculous discrepancies, and this was not an issue with the "New drag and drop editor" so I don't see why this is such an issue for the "email designer."
