Add Lock Row to Templates in Email Designer (just like Lock Section in New Drag and Drop Editor)

Just like in the NEW Drag and Drop Email Editor, being able to lock a Row in Templates in Email Designer would prevent Users from being able to edit content in some Rows, like Headers and Footers.


This is important because some Template content shouldn't be changed, like links to Opt-out or Unsubscribe links or Corporate Branding. Being able to restrict access to edit these locked Rows would protect those locked rows from being edited or deleted by Users who don't understand their importance.
