Currently we can only set one due date for all form submissions, but a form (connected to a campaign) could run for a very long time and the due date then wouldn't make sense.
As a customer when posting a form I would expect an answer within 48 hrs of the submission.
As a customer service representative I want to get notified if the form submission is older than 48hrs.
Our suggestion would be that a form due date would rather be a time stamp such as 24,48,72hrs than a fixed date.
