Entity settings affected by CD Updates

Entity 'Change Tracking' option on the cdi_ entities is turned off with every CD update. This affects the Data Export Service whereby all the cd entities have to be dropped in Azure and resynced.

    Dear ClickDimensions Users,

As part of release 12.1 (January 25th), we updated our solution and removed the Audit Settings from all entities including cdi_ entities so that during solution update it will not overwrite the Change Tracking options in your CRM environment (only applicable in UCI). See release notes : https://support.clickdimensions.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418647099405-Release-Notes-Version-12-1

    Regards,

    ClickDimensions Product Team

This is an issue for us also and would make far more sense if the ClickD entities had Change Tracking enabled as the default.

This is an issue for us as well. Every CD update we take breaks the DES sync process. We have to run a script to drop the cdi_ tables in the Azure copied database and then add them back to the DES profile. It would be very helpful if the CD managed solution could have the change tracking set to '1' on each of the cdi_ tables.
