Include File Upload in Email Notification

It would be great if the files that are uploaded to a form were included in the notification emails that were sent.  All other fields are included, it only makes sense that either the file was included or a link to the file was included.  This would save the need to create a custom workflow that will then grab the file and email it to the same person you already notified.

    To send an email when a posted form contains a File Upload - create a workflow on the Note entity, set to when a record is created. Set the condition to "If Regarding (Posted Field):Posted Field contains data" then create an email. The email message can contain the fields for the Contact name {Contact(Regarding (Posted Field))}, File Name {File Name(Note)}, hyperlink to the Note with the file attachment, and the Posted Field label {Contact(Regarding (Posted Form));Label(Regarding (Posted Field))}

    I'd love to know how to set up this custom workflow as well, until CD can make this improvement.
