We have more customers asking for the system to give a reply/notice right after sending out an e-mail sent, that the e-mail has been sent out succesfully or is in progress. Right now the browser shots down and kind of leaves a misunderstod message.

I agree. In the other email platform I used, I received the actual email message in my email box and at the top is a notice that it was send and wha time.
