Create quick email template from email send

Hi,

As we can not make test with email template, we work on an "try and error" mode with email send TEST function to validate our email.

Then, when all is OK, we post the email send. And if we want afterwards provide to sales teams the corresponding email template, we have to do it manually: subject, preheader, from... and copy/paste HTML... too much time for marketing teams.

If we could have an option in the email send "create quick template after sending yes/no" it would be great!!!!
