Assign to Field on Contact/Lead Records in Campaign Automation Actions

Our organization has account teams instead of one dedicated owner for contact and lead records. Our team members are dynamically assigned per contact/lead, and each member handles a different area of our business.

 

In Campaign Automation, we would like to assign a task to/send an email from/notify user of/create a campaign response for the contact's Product A team member versus the Product B team member, etc.

 

If we had the ability to 'Assign Action to Field on Contact Record' this would solve all of our problems.

    Great idear. I could in very much use the assign to Team funktion.

    Today it is only possible to assign to user.

    Many companies work in teams - and they to assign to the team.
