Hi,
We are a large organisation with different business units. We've created sub-folders for images used by different units, but all of these images are also appearing at the top level of the image folder under the Root folder when someone clicks the 'Select an Image' icon.
We are training our staff to go directly to their assigned folder for images, but we're concerned that someone may use one of the images from this top level without our standard permission steps.
Can an option be created to remove the images from this top level so users must go into a sub-folder to select an image for their EDM?
Another request was to somehow create a log in for each sub-folder so only those that are part of specific sub-folders have access to their own folder, and not others in the organisation.
