It would be very helpful if you could add the ability to make edits to a campaign automation and have the changes apply to everyone already in the automation track. The inability to do so makes the campaign automation feature useless for our business.
For instance, I have an event that people are registering for very far in advance. Before publishing the campaign automation I set the dates of when the following emails (which were set with date/wait timers) would be sent. After registering, our guests received a confirmation email and were put on a date timer for the next event update to be sent out. As event details had been delayed, we needed to push back the email update send, but this isn't possible in ClickD at this time. Ultimately this makes the use of a campaign automation more time consuming and more inconvenient than having to manage all of the work manually.
If you decide that you don't want to make this update, I highly suggest that you make some sort of warning that appears when making updates to the campaign automation warning people that their changes will not be made to people already in the track, or even block the ability to make those changes, so that an email isn't sent based on the previous send plan.
