Campaign Automation action based on Survey answer

Hi CD

It would be very nice if we had the option to choose different action under series, based on the Survey answer.

And it woulb even more nice, if it was possible to choose between different Survey questions, to set up our Campaign Automations.

    Hi Ludvig,

    We’ve added the ability to create a Dynamic Segment in our Release Version 2023.04. You will find the step by step instructions on how to create a Segment here, and how to use the Added to Segment within Campaign Automation here. You can now create a Segment with any related entities including Survey questions and answers.

    Also another way to achieve this is within Campaign Automation you can use a Decision Node to decide next step in your journey.
