Ability to add a multi-select check box list for forms

Our current (non-ClickDimensions) landing page forms usually have a product list so that visitors can select one or more products which are of interest to them. This field is then mapped to a one attribute in CRM. Currently it is not possible to build forms like this with ClickDimensions, which means we cannot use the form builder to generate landing page forms. 

I understand after contacting ClickDimensions support that this feature is available when building a survey, although it then needs to be mapped with a workflow. It would be great if this functionality was available in the form builder too so that we can use this (otherwise great) tool to quickly and easily build forms for our landing pages!
