Flag if all Posted Fields are submitted

We are triggering a Plugin on Posted Form Create. In this Plugin we fetch all Posted Fields regarding to this form, to add them into a description of a task.

If a Posted Form is created, not all Posted Fields are already in CRM when the plugin fires. So the description is missing some posted field information.

We need a flag, which signalize if a Posted Form is completly (with all Posted Fields) submitted to CRM. cdi_success is unfortunately not the flag we hoped for.

At the moment we handle that issue through a short timeout period at the start of the plugin, but i don't consider that the best practice.

Posted Forms, along with its Posted Fields, should be created in one single database transaction. With Dynamics 365 CE this is actually possible. It is not a well-known feature, but to a CreateRequest related records can be added. The system will create the primary record along with its related records.
