Allowing to Navigate to Image Library

It would be great to have the ability to navigate to the Image Library/Media Center without having to open a template or email send. By having to go into a template or send - it increases the probability to in inadvertently change, insert or remove an image with in a template or send.

A good example of how it could appear to us users, is gasp - the Wordpress  Media Center.
