Split-test: Time-zone selection

At this time split-testing randomizes who gets sent either Version A or B and we're given the option of duration for the test, whether it be in hours, weeks or days. However, we're not given an option for those in different time zones. For example, if we have a list of our active clients that's over 1,500 and located all over the country, setting the test at 4 hours, with a random selection of the list, the possibility of those in the Pacific time zone could be included in the test run at 10 a.m. EST, but 7 a.m. PST and thereby muddying the results some.
