Remove from marketing list when associate with a survey

With survey it would be interesting to associate "Remove from Marketing List" to a question. 

If someone answer "I don't want to receive this newsletter or I don't want to hear from you". It would be nice associate the NO and to  removed that email address from a specific marketing list or even link it to a disguise unsubscribe.

    Hi Joan,

    You can achieve this with our Campaign Automation tool. You will need to add a Survey Submitted trigger and follow that with Remove from Marketing List actions.
