Allow Posted Form fields from Web Content forms to be used in Email Notification Actions

Would like to include Posted Field values in an Email Notification i.e. in both Subject and Body

i.e.

Subject:  Request from {FirstName} {Last Name} 

Body: Contact {Firstname} {LastName} from {Company} competed the request webform

           Email {email}

           Phone {phone}

{hiddenfield}

 

The subject should be included so that the recipient can easily identify individual emails

Can't be too difficult to add a pre-process before the email is sent.
