Prefilling form fields for website visitors when the person is known in CRM/ClickDimensions

Hey guys,

within an current customer project we have a new requirement for a functionality which could be interesting:

When a website vistor comes to a cdi-form which is embed in the website the form fields could be prefilled with the crm values in case that the website visitor is already known as a lead or contact in the system. So in general it's about the same functionality which is already there when an e-mail-recipient klicks on a form-link in a cdi-e-mail. The feature aspect would be that this is also possible when the person doesn't come from a e-mail, but just visits the website and is known in CRM/ClickDimensions.

Maybe this is a functionality that some other companys and customers would like to use, too.
