My feature request would be to have the current Email Survey Report enhanced as I feel it is not 100% usable.
First off, the report looks great.
What I would add are one of the two following options:
- The report at this time only shows the statistics on multiple choice questions and does not show any of the text responses. There should be a way to view ALL types of survey answers as the voice of the user defines the business tomorrow, users should not have to be forced to view multiple reports just to answer one common business question.
The other option here: instead of upgrading the report, your users could utilize SSRS reporting to build their own report; the issue I faced was that I could not make the report generate dynamically as the the order in which the questions appear on the survey is not saved locally in our CRM database but rather in the ClickDimensions database forcing me to have to HARDCODE the report...the issue with this is if we make a new survey or make a change to the existing survey, the report will have to updated as well creating more work or possibly even errors.
