On the ClickDimensions blog, the quick sends are advertised as a sales tool and our sales guys are embracing the quick sends. But it seems like we leave ourselves vulnerable if we are going against the wishes of our clients to unsubscribes from sales offers.
Currently, we have subscription lists that monitor whether a customer would like to receive sales offers of different types. It would be ideal if we could assign this subscription lists to our QuickSend email templates (similar to how they are assigned to a marketing list) so that we do not send offers to clients against their wishes.
We are developing a work-around process that updates a Yes/No attribute on each contact based on their updated subscriptions and then training our sales team to check the attribute before sending a QuickSend email.
With CASL I would figure this is a need for all Canadian clients that send out information on offers via QuickSend.
Thanks,
Kassam
Hi Kassam,
You can add a subscription list to a Quick Send Email Template.
Subscription List is used to specify the Subscription List that this particular email will be related to. Subscription Lists help manage opt-ins and opt-outs, so selecting the appropriate Subscription List will ensure that only your recipients who opted-in to this subscription list will receive the message.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support Team.
