Recently I was asked by a mutual customer to create a custom report showing the results for an Email Send that includes the basic information for the email send, the exclude list and the undeliverable messages. One thing in particular that they would like to see is their delivery rate which would be the number of deliveries / total recipients(excluding duplicates). I found all the stats in the email send record with the exception of the total recipients. After talking with support it appears this statistic is not written back the the email send record. It would be a great addition that would allow firms to get a better gauge of their data quality over time.
If that is possible, it would also be good to take the total number of excludes and write that back to the email send record as well.
