Include submitted information in campaign response

When a campaign response is being generated from a submitted from (through campaign automations), it would be nice to include all submitted information in the campaign response. 

Either in the description field of the campaign response or either in an extra custom field on the campaign response.

Campaign Responses are the start of MS Dynamics CRM's qualification process, but users are always missing information and have to look for the submitted form to obtain all information.

It would be better to include all this info on the campaign response, just as is done for the notification emails.
