Match survey responses using the contact/lead GUID

We are currently using the click dimensions survey tool to survey our customers. The problem we face is that we have a lot of customers who use the same email address. This cuases problems as the results sometimes get associated with the wrong customer.

We would like a an alternative way of the survey matching and would suggest using the GUID for the lead or contact as this is unique.
