Changing color of multiple bullet point lists in NEW Drag and Drop Editor

Need the ability to set list colors at the individual level instead of just global level.

Our dilemma is we have two sections in an email, one with a white background and another with a blue background. Both sections have lists, but the white background requires blue bullet points and the blue background requires white bullet points. Currently with only the global setting option, one set of bullets is "invisible".
