Need Web Form Logic!

We are having a problem with GDPR with people either checking off all subscription lists AND the Opt-Out option, or not checking any of the three boxes (neither of the subscription lists nor the Opt-Out) and submitting the form.

We really need to be able to set a rule for submission that says you can only have either subscription lists or Opt-Out checked, and that one category must be checked. Like the business rules on CRM forms.
