Changes Done in Automation to apply for New incoming participants

It is learnt from the Support Ticket created "#308777", The Click dimensions Automation will misbehaving if the process is edited without pausing or stopping the Process.


The ClickDimensions to resolve this issue by below 2 ways:

  1. Does not allow editing the Process (adding\removing nodes) unless is stopped or paused

  2. Updated\Published Automation to be applied successfully for the new participants without getting stuck. The Support personnel mentioned that flow to be cloned if that required to modified. This is correct approach as the any Automation can evolve over time with changes. Cloning for few simple changes would cost more time and lots of process in the System.
