Search and Filter Quick Send Templates

We have a lot of Quick Send templates, and we need the ability to filter or search the templates. Right now, it's very manual for our users to have to scroll through all of the templates to find the specific one.

    Thank you for your comments.

    You should be able to implement this via customizations in your CRM environment, via permissions (security roles) and each user would see only what they're allowed to see.

    This is an excelent idea. Day to day employees do NOT have time to leave their working screen (opportunity for sales, custom entity for product managerd etc.. etc.. ) to mess around filtering Quick Send Email Templates. CRM Dynamics allows you to customise screens and limit "lookup" fields by using specific views. When users use quick send, these users belong to different departents and countries language. The more Quick Send templates we use the more useless the pop up screen Here is the dream process: click on Quick Send, pop up window opens, but a different customises pop-up window opens on different screen or for different countries or languages, and the template look up field is customised each time to ONLY bring up the templates that are relevant to THAT user, in THAT country, for THAT job type. Rather than present them with a list of a 100 (and if their country is at the bottom of the alphabet... good luck!). This should be really EASY to implement and deliver.

CRM Dynamics allows you to customise screen and limit "lookup" fields by using specific views, We should be able to click on Quick Send. ANd customise the QUick Send pop for different entities by simply changing the "View" behing each pop up screen based on the entity. We need to solutions that SAVE time for employees, and not ADD time,

    If you need to easily find any Email Templates that you have set up as a Quick Send Template at a later date, they will all be listed within the Quick Send Email Templates view, which you can natively search and filter in CRM.
