Custom theme colours - at route level so they are available on all new emails for all users

I don't think it's currently possible to set our own theme colours? I'm having to keep a document open with all our # colours on, so that i can copy and paste from there each time i need to change the colour of something.

Ideally I need the option to set the colours, and remove all the default colour options as well as the option to pick a new colour. It needs the option to be this locked down so we can keep control of our identity when have many different members of staff using CD.

Also need the option to lock down fonts, sizing, spacing and ideally images too, so users can only select from the library.
